Was having an issue with my 2020 Grand Caravan GT where the middle stow and go seat wasn’t going and stowing. I arrived unannounced at the end of the day (on a Friday) and they promptly had a tech help me out. No questions asked. They were absolutely amazing and I am very grateful for their help.
